ARTWORK REQUIREMENT

Accepted as factory defined camera-ready artwork:
- Laser print output at 1200 dpi (dots per inch), otherwise output must be 300% of desired imprint size.
- Photographically reproduced PMT or stat.
- Computer generated artwork:
  (Macintosh preferred, DOS also accepted.) Illustrator CS up to 11.0, Freehand up to 10.0. Fonts must be converted to line.
  Vector artwork preferred.
- E-mail: Send to artwork@superbline.com.
  Please include the following:
  - Company name.
  - Contact person.
  - Telephone number.
  - Purchase order number.
  - Item number.
  - All graphic (artwork) files must be sent as an attachment.
The following are not accepted as camera-ready artwork and applicable charges will be quoted upon receipt. Any artwork prepared at our factory will be accompanied by a paper proof at no additional charge to be approved by the customer:
- Photocopies.
- Hand drawings.
- Typewritten copy.
- Newspaper or magazine clippings.
- Fine lines less than .5 pt.
- Faxed images.
- Halftones and screen tints unless being printed on presentation cards and envelopes (Section IV.B.) or approved by factory.
- Word processing documents.
- JPEG, PICT or GIF files.
Registration symbols ®, ™, (SM), © included in your artwork print clearly on screen printed items at 3/32". If artwork contains one or more of these symbols it will be printed "as is" unless otherwise requested (although clarity cannot be guaranteed).
Copy charges $40.00c. The following are factory defined copy changes:
- Artwork changes after factory processing has started.
- Artwork changes on co-op orders.
- Combined quantity priced orders.
- Imprint color change during production run.
Typesetting
Lines of type set by Superb® will be billed at $5.00c each.
Unless an exact imprint size is requested, imprint will be sized appropriately to the shape and best visual effect. Maximum imprint areas are indicated on each page in catalog.
